Agreement

By using BbywowVideo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

BbywowVideo creates short AI-generated videos from photos you upload, based on story templates we provide. Each template page describes what the video contains, its length and format, and its price.

Videos are generated by AI. Results vary, and a video may not look exactly like the people in the photos or exactly like our samples.

The AI models we use

Your video is made by third-party AI models that we reach through the API provider APIMart: the video model Seedance 2.5 and the image model gpt-image-2.5-flare. A separate model checks each photo before it is used. These providers receive your photos and our story script only to create your video. We may change the models as better ones become available; this section always names the ones in use.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use BbywowVideo. You buy a single video with an email address; no account is needed.

Your photos

You confirm that:

1. Each photo shows you, or an adult who has agreed to appear in the video.
2. You have the right to upload the photos.
3. The photos do not show children.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create and deliver your video and to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use BbywowVideo to:

• depict a person without their agreement;
• harass, defame or deceive anyone, or pass a video off as real footage;
• create sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content;
• interfere with the service or try to access other people's orders.

The full rules, how photos are reviewed, how to report a video and what happens when the rules are broken are in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund it, when it appears to break these rules.

Your videos

Once your video is delivered you may download it and share it, subject to the rights of the people who appear in it and the rules of the platforms where you post it. Some platforms require a label on realistic AI-generated content.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. The price shown is the full amount you are charged; nothing is added at checkout. You pay once for each video; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your first video is 20% off: one discounted order per email address, shown before you pay. If that order is fully refunded, the discount can be used again.

Payments are processed by PayPal. BbywowVideo is the seller. We never receive or store your full card number.

Delivery and storage

Your video is delivered through a private order page and an email link. Videos are available for 30 days after they are ready. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after the order is finished. Please download your video in time.

Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability

We may pause sales, change templates or prices for new orders, or stop offering a template. Orders already paid are completed or refunded under the terms that applied when you paid.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that results will meet a particular expectation, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters to you, we post the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
