What this policy covers

BbywowVideo turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos. This policy explains what we collect to do that, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

BbywowVideo, the operator of bbywowvideo.com, decides how this data is used and is responsible for it. You reach us at support@bbywowvideo.com.

The service is for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it, and photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed.

What we collect

1. Photos you upload. The photos of the people who appear in your video, and technical details of the files.
2. Your video. The generated video, a preview image, and intermediate images made while creating it.
3. Contact details. The email address you give us for delivery.
4. Order details. What you bought, the price, the status of the order, and the payment reference from our payment partner. We never receive or store your full card number.
5. Technical data. IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to run the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
6. Cookies. Necessary cookies remember your orders in the browser you paid with, keep you signed in, protect forms and store your cookie choice (cookie_consent). The email address of your last order is kept in a cookie on your browser for a year (bbw_email), so the order form is filled in for you next time. When you first arrive from a link or an ad, we also keep where you came from (the campaign tags in the link and the referring site, without its query) in our own cookies for 30 days and copy it onto an order you place, together with your country, so we can see which channels bring buyers. This never leaves BbywowVideo. Public pages may also use Google Analytics cookies to see which pages help people find us; you can allow or refuse them at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before these are set.

How we use it

• To create and deliver the video you ordered.
• To take payment, issue refunds and keep the records the law requires.
• To send emails about your order: confirmation, your video, delays and refunds.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We do not use your photos or videos to advertise BbywowVideo, and we do not publish them. Sample videos on the site are made from material we own or have permission to use.

Photos of other people

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of children.

Who processes your data

We use service providers to run BbywowVideo. They process data on our behalf for the purposes above:

• Cloud hosting and storage for the website, database and private file storage.
• AI model providers, which receive your photos to generate the images and video. We reach the image and video models through APIMart. To hand a photo to a model, it is uploaded to APIMart, which keeps it behind a temporary link for up to 72 hours and reviews it as a photo of a real person. A separate model provider checks each photo when you upload it.
• PayPal, our payment provider, which handles your payment details. We receive a payment reference and the amount, never your full card number.
• An email delivery provider, which sends our order emails.
• A background task provider, which runs the creation process.

These providers have their own retention practices for the data they handle. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

• Photos for an order that was never paid: up to 24 hours.
• Photos after an order is finished: deleted within 24 hours.
• Photos for a paid order whose video is not finished yet: kept so the video can be made, for at most 7 days after the last activity on the order.
• Your finished video, and the clips and frames made on the way to it: 30 days after they are made.
• Order and payment records: as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Copies may remain for a limited time in backups and in the systems of the providers listed above, according to their own schedules.

Your choices

• Delete files sooner. Write to support@bbywowvideo.com with your order number and we remove the photos and video of that order.
• Access and correction. You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We answer requests about your data within 30 days.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete the personal data of your orders. Records we must keep by law are retained.
• Cookies. Open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to allow or refuse Google Analytics cookies. Necessary cookies cannot be turned off, because the service does not work without them.
• Email. Order emails are part of the service. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Private links

The link in your video email opens your order without a password. Treat it like a key and share it only with people you trust. You can request a new link at any time.

Security

Uploaded photos and videos are stored in private storage and served through short-lived links. Access to an order is checked on every request. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to keep yours protected.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
