- One price, paid once
- The price you see is the price you pay, in US dollars. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You see the total on the checkout page before you pay.
- Secure checkout
- Card details are entered on our payment partner’s checkout page. BbywowVideo never sees or stores your full card number. Your video starts only after the payment is confirmed.
- How a pack works
- A pack is one payment for several videos. The first video is made from this order right away; the rest wait on your email address with no expiry date. To use one later, open the maker on the home page, type the same email and ask for a short code — enter it once and this browser can spend your remaining videos.
- No stacking
- A pack price is fixed. The first-video discount and any gift you hold apply only to a purchase of one video, never to a pack. Videos spent from a pack balance cannot also use a discount.
- If we cannot make your video
- If a video does not come out, your payment stays safe and you can have it made again with the same photos at no extra cost. If you would rather have your money back, ask for a refund from your order page. We review every request ourselves, usually within one business day.
- After your video is ready
- A delivered video is a finished digital product, and AI results vary from one video to the next. If the file has a clear technical fault, such as a broken file or people appearing in the wrong roles, contact us and we will review the order.
- Refunding a pack
- If a pack order is refunded in full, the videos still waiting on your address are revoked. Videos you already redeemed stay yours. A free video made with a pack has no payment of its own, so it cannot be refunded individually.
- Delivery and storage
- Your video is delivered through a private order page and an email link, and stays available for 30 days. Download it in time. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after the order is finished.
- Who takes the payment
- Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a card or your PayPal account. You pay once per video; nothing renews.
- How your video is made
- Every video is generated by AI: the video model Seedance 2.5 and the image model gpt-image-2.5-flare, reached through APIMart. Results vary from one video to the next.
- Questions about a payment
- Email support@bbywowvideo.com with your order number and the email used for the order. If you dispute a payment with your bank, contacting us first is usually faster.
