Choosing photos
You need exactly one photo: one adult, or one cat or dog. One subject per photo — never a couple, a group or a person holding a pet.
- One adult, or one cat or dog. The face should be clearly visible, in focus and evenly lit. Adults only, no children.
- Format and size. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each, at least 512 pixels on the short side. HEIC photos need to be converted first.
- Angle. A front or three-quarter view gives the most recognizable result. Sunglasses, masks, heavy filters and group shots make results worse.
- Permission. Use photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to appear in the video, or of your own pet.
The photo is checked right after you upload it. If it cannot be used, you are told to replace it before you pay. See the photo tips for what works best.
Format and outfit
Two choices are yours on every order. The format — vertical 9:16 or widescreen 16:9 — decides the shape of the delivered video. The outfit — only when the photo is of a person — decides what the dancer wears: your own clothes from the photo, or one of the party looks. A cat or dog always wears the staff polo and skips the choice. After payment both are fixed for that order.
Paying and packs
You can pay for a single video with a card and an email address. No account is needed. Payments are processed by PayPal.
Packs pay once for several videos: one, three or five. The first video is made from that order right away; the rest wait on your email address with no expiry date. To use one later, open the maker on the home page, type the same email and choose to use a video from your balance — we send a six-digit code to that address, and entering it once verifies this browser for 30 days. Each remaining video is then ordered free, one at a time. A pack cannot be combined with the first-order discount or a gift.
Paying
You can pay for a single video with a card and an email address. No account is needed. Payments are processed by PayPal.
Waiting for your video
Your video is created in the background once payment is confirmed. You can close the page. The order page shows the current step, and we email you when the video is ready.
If creation takes longer than expected, the order page says so. You do not need to pay again or start over.
Getting your video
When your video is ready you receive an email with a private link to your order. From there you can watch and download the video. The email does not contain the video file itself.
Anyone who has the link can open the order, so only forward it to people you want to see the video. If you lose the email, open your order again on the Orders page with the order number shown after payment and in your confirmation email.
How long files are kept
- Uploaded photos for an order that was never paid: up to 24 hours.
- Uploaded photos after your order is finished: deleted within 24 hours.
- Uploaded photos for a paid order whose video is not finished yet: kept so the video can be made, for at most 7 days after the last activity on the order.
- Your finished video, and the clips and frames made on the way to it: 30 days from the moment they are made.
- Order and payment records: kept as required for accounting.
Download your video within 30 days. After that the order still appears in your history, marked as expired.
Deleting your files
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 24 hours after the order is finished, and videos 30 days after they are made. To have the files of an order removed sooner, write to support@bbywowvideo.com with your order number. Removing files after the video is ready does not by itself refund the order.
If something goes wrong
If a video cannot be made, your payment stays safe and you can have it made again from your order page with the same photos, at no extra cost. You can also ask for a refund there; we review every request ourselves, usually within one business day. See the Refund Policy.
If the email address on your order was mistyped, open the order in the browser you paid with and change the address there. The new address is verified before anything is sent to it.
Sharing your video
You are free to post your video on social platforms. Some platforms ask creators to label realistic AI-generated content, so check the rules of the platform you post on. Your bby wow video arrives with the ambient party sound it was generated with — there is no music track. To match the trend, search for "BBY WOW" by Karol G in the sounds library of TikTok or Instagram Reels and add it starting from the beginning, or add any other sound in the app you publish with.
